Product Overview

Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a saturated polymer material made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) through a chlorination substitution reaction. It appears as a white powder, is non-toxic and odorless, and combines both plastic and rubber properties. It's a widely used polymer modification raw material.

Product Features:
Weather and aging resistance: Its molecular chains have no unsaturated double bonds, making it highly resistant to ozone and UV. It won't easily crack or powder with long-term outdoor use and has excellent atmospheric aging resistance.
Good low-temperature toughness: It remains flexible even in low temperatures and retains elasticity at -30°C, significantly improving the low-temperature brittleness of rigid products.
Chemical and oil resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, and various chemicals; it also has excellent oil resistance, tolerating engine and lubricating oils, making it suitable for complex working environments.
Inherent flame retardancy: Contains chlorine in its molecular structure, giving it self-extinguishing flame-retardant properties. Combined with flame-retardant fillers, it can be used to produce low-cost flame-retardant rubber and plastic products.
Excellent compatibility: Can be blended with various plastics like PVC, PE, PP, ABS, as well as rubbers like EPDM and NBR. Suitable for extrusion, injection molding, and other processing methods, it offers good fillers and flexible formulation adjustments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide technical after-sales support?

Yes, we provide lifelong free technical support. Our professional chemical engineers can guide formula debugging, solve processing problems such as product bubbling, poor gloss and unstable thermal stability, and provide targeted optimization solutions for your PVC production line.

What trade terms and payment methods do you support?

We support mainstream international trade terms including FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP. Available payment methods: T/T, L/C at sight. We provide complete export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, test reports, certificate of origin) to support your customs clearance smoothly.

What functions do CPE, stearic acid and PE wax play in PVC production?

CPE acts as an impact modifier to improve the low-temperature toughness and anti-aging performance of rigid PVC products. Stearic acid is used as internal and external lubricant and dispersant to optimize mixing effect. PE wax improves product surface gloss, reduces extrusion torque and enhances processing efficiency. The three additives cooperate with stabilizers to optimize PVC forming quality comprehensively.

How do you guarantee product quality stability?

We implement strict full-process quality control. First, we conduct strict inspection on all incoming raw materials; second, real-time monitoring is carried out during production; finally, finished products will undergo sampling tests including thermal stability, dispersion and lubrication performance before delivery. The batch difference is controlled within the industry minimum standard to ensure consistent quality for every shipment.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) and delivery time?

The MOQ is flexible. Conventional in-stock products support small batch trial orders. For bulk orders, the delivery cycle is 7-15 working days after receiving the deposit. We have stable raw material inventory and automated production lines to ensure timely and stable delivery for long-term cooperative customers.

Can you provide customized formulas and specifications?

Absolutely. We support full customization of product formulas, specifications and packaging. Our professional technical team will adjust the product lubricity, thermal stability and toughness according to your production equipment, PVC formula ratio and finished product requirements to match your production process perfectly.

Are your plastic additives environmentally friendly and certificated?

Yes. Our full range of calcium zinc stabilizers and related plastic additives are heavy-metal-free, non-toxic and eco-friendly. We can provide official SGS, RoHS and REACH test reports. All products meet EU environmental protection standards, supporting sales in European, American and other high-end markets.

What is the difference between calcium zinc stabilizer and PVC composite stabilizer?

Eco-friendly calcium zinc stabilizer is lead-free, non-toxic, fully compliant with RoHS, REACH and food-grade standards, suitable for high-end, environmental-friendly PVC products. PVC composite stabilizer is cost-effective, with excellent thermal stability and processing adaptability, ideal for ordinary PVC pipes, profiles and industrial plastic products. We can recommend the most suitable type according to your product application and target market standards.
